You probably have a fairly good idea of who you are.

However, knowing yourself doesn’t mean you have all the tools or knowledge to change the patterns that have been holding you back so far.

And, do you really know yourself or are you believing the picture of how you like to see yourself?

When you want to make changes to your life, you need to change the way you do things now. Meaningful change follows from a different attitude, a different way of thinking about yourself and your abilities, and a consistent plan of action.

If you keep doing what you always did, you keep getting what you always got.

Together we’ll identify your true goals and work on a plan to get you there. I won’t tell you what you need to do step-by-step, but instead I’m walking alongside you, helping you find your own path, avoiding your pitfalls and embracing your strengths.

Working in 90-day ‘sprints’ towards a 6 month or 1 year goal, we have weekly or bi-weekly one-to-one 45m video calls, with full email/message support in between.

My style of coaching is emphatic, practical, respectful, energetic, direct, result-driven yet still relaxed.
